Shy and longs for friends and attention. Really wants nothing more than to fit in. Has autophobia.

Bio:
Molly was born in a small neighborhood on the outskirts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her mother was unemployed at the time, but her father worked at a small comic shop in the city. Her life went relatively smoothly, and from a young age, she, her older sister Veronica (four years older), and her younger brother Leon (one year younger) would often accompany their father to his work. From a young age, she had an interest in comic books and manga, even though she never really understood them.

Unfortunately, her father lost his job when the comic shop closed in 2003. Molly's parents decided to pack up and move to a small neighborhood in Eastern Kentucky, over by the West Virginia border. The move was hard on Molly, as she had to leave her best friend, Lilly, behind in Canada. She was known to be extremely shy of everyone at her new school.

To make up for the move, her mother, who had gotten a job at a toy store, bought Molly a stuffed brown rabbit. She still remained shy of the other students, but the rabbit, which she named Lilly after her friend, helped make her a little more comfortable with the move, even though she carried it around everywhere.

She slowly began to make some friends, the most prominent being a girl named Louiza. Unlike the majority of the other students, Louiza didn't care if Molly had to carry Lilly around all the time. She was also there for Molly when Veronica was killed in a car crash when Molly was 12. The two of them became very close over the years, until they graduated middle school.

During her eighth grade year, Molly had been offered a music scholarship to Misery High over in Misery Falls. While she was reluctant to leave Louiza behind, she, her parents, and even Louiza agreed that it would be best to accept the scholarship. Molly promised to write Louiza throughout the school year, and Louiza made the same promise.

She thinks she feels ready to take on the school year, and hopes to make friends who won't tease her about her rabbit.

Additional Information:
* She did have a bit of a crush on Louiza at one point, but it faded quickly.
* She never goes anywhere without Lilly, as it is the one object that reminds her of her old home in Canada.
* She is obsessed with manga, anime, and comic books, especially manga and comics.
* She has central heterochromia, causing her eyes to be colored gold around her pupil and change to blue at a certain point.

The Hardies, both Lilly's, and Louiza belong to me and me only.
I don't own Misery High or anything else mentioned here.

Congrats, you got in #MiseryHigh! It's kind of my unspoken job to give you a warm welcome and establish rules, so I hope you don't mind the text wall that is about to come.

First off, if you have any concerns or problems or maybe even a private problem, you can feel free to message one of the admins or send them a note.
We usually hang out and chat in the main chatroom most of the time chat.deviantart.com/chat/miseryhighchat but we also roleplay there too. There should be a list of other chatrooms in the main chat that tells you where to go for what. Basically, we have an OOC chat for when we're roleplaying in the main chat and want to chatter amongst ourselves without interrupting it. We also have a next generation chat for...well, next generations. The afterdark chat speaks for itself. Violent or mature roleplays are usually done there. It should probably also be mentioned that you don't have to roleplay via chat. You can also send notes to people and roleplay there if you're not comfortable doing it with groups of people. I usually use notes, too.

On to rules! Most of the rules are listed in the FAQ which you can find here [link], but there are some I would like to go over:

1. No god modding. God modding is where your character knows things that they shouldn't, like... Say, the character developed a crush on one of the characters and you learn that the character already has a partner and suddenly decide that your character can't like them anymore. Another example is knowing everything about someone's past even though the character never told your character.

2. No power playing. This is another obvious one. Power playing is hurting a character without the owner of the character's permission or making your character untouchable and all powerful. It's the difference between saying "Eris stomped on his foot and walked away" and "Eris stomped on his toe, breaking his foot, then pushed him into the locker and beat him within an inch of his life."

3. When roleplaying, if you want to do or say something out of character, please surround your post with ({[brackets]}). Say you're roleplaying and you have to go away from the computer or want to make a joke, but don't want people to think the character is doing or saying that. You put it in brackets to tell the difference.

4. Don't just jump in a roleplay without asking permission. It might be a private roleplay or an already set plot between characters. It's always easier to ask what's going on, what the plot is, where they are, and if it's okay for you to join.

Nothing horribly awful will happen if you break or forget any of these rules. We're not very strict and are pretty chill about most of them, unless it gets out of hand. Anyways, that's basically it? Have fun, bro!
